I went to Sights with a cut on my eye, and they were absolutely amazing from the very first appointment! They even saw me two more times afterward to make sure my eye was healing properly. Everyone was so kind, caring, and thorough. I’m so thankful for how well they took care of me and highly recommend them!

I am pleased to say that my experience was enthusiastically positive. The work carried out by Dr. Murray and Brianna was truly exceptional. Their professionalism and attentiveness, were evident throughout, and they created an environment that was welcoming. I was especially impressed by how thoughtfully everything was handled, as well as the genuine care and enthusiasm Brianna brought to her work. It made a significant difference and contributed to an overall outstanding experience.

Dr. Murray is an excellent doctor. He gets to the root cause. He explains everything to you. He answers all your curious questions. Trust him, he's very knowledgeable, and knows his stuff. Now, with all that knowledge. You get his kindness, you get his compassion, you get his laughter, his conversations, and you may get a little bio. His staff follows right behind him. The office is small, but they makes you feel like a big part of the family. I feel honored. Thank you, Dr. Murray and the whole staff at Sites Vision for making me a part of the family. My new glasses are Calvin Klein, and if I do say so. They were made for me! What y'all think?

I found out about this clinic via google for I was researching a new optometrist clinic near me, here in Clarksville, TN., for context, I’m a senior and happily retired. So I drove myself to this place and I was glad to know that they open at 7:30 AM, unlike other businesses which usually start at 9, even 10, I imagine, with others. So came in at around 8ish hoping I can set up an appointment for testing and eventually a new pair of prescription glasses, and the front desk attendant, Brianna told me there’s an opening the following day at 9 AM which to my surprise because another clinic nearby that I went to yesterday told me that there’s a 1 month waiting period. So, I came back the following day as scheduled and was taken in promptly. Matthew, the optometric assistant was pleasant and professional, did the initial prep work. Dr. Murray, who I believe was the optometrist followed suit with the testing and after a few minutes led me to another area where Brittany who I believe was the optician sat me down to help translate and explain to me Dr. Murray’s initial testing, frame styling, measurements, etc…and told me that I will be notified in about 2 weeks for my new prescription glasses, give or take a few. After exactly 1 week, I got a text telling me that my glasses is ready for pick up. And let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier with the results, the whole experience was fantastic that I already set up an appointment for prescription testing for next year!

Dr. Murry provides an outstanding standard of care. I've been a patient of his for 5 years, and he is consistently thorough, patient, and never makes appointments feel rushed. One aspect I particularly value is his commitment to achieving the best possible contact lens fit. He is willing to evaluate multiple options and make necessary adjustments, carefully ensuring comfort and visual clarity before finalizing any order. This level of diligence and attention to detail is something i value. I would also like to commend the staff, especially Brittany, who is always upbeat, professional, responsive, and accommodating. The team’s willingness to assist with scheduling and time-sensitive matters, such as expiring prescriptions or urgent contact lens needs, reflects the office’s overall dedication to patient care. I highly recommend this practice and greatly appreciate the quality of service they provide.
