I had avoided scheduling an appointment anywhere due to several poor experiences with the sales people at a different business but I saw many recommendations for Skippack Vision and I’m so glad I went with the recommendation. -Very quick and easy online scheduling with soon appointment availability -Text appointment reminders (opted in for this) -Convenient location with a parking lot -Forms were easy to complete using a tablet -Friendly and helpful front desk staff -Clean office with a cute corner for kids with a small chair and books -Dr. Crowe was great and so easy to talk to. The exam was efficient while still answering my questions. -There was no pressure to buy glasses, just a “if you’re interested in frames, you can go through that door.” -I really appreciated how the sales woman showed me a variety of frames and didn’t just try to convince me to get the most expensive ones. She even said I could call back to order if I wanted to think about it and gave advice about how to optimize my benefits. Another important point for me is that no one made me feel weird for wearing a mask (I have a baby at home) and Dr. Crowe even offered and put one on when she saw me without making it a big deal. I know it’s uncommon now to mask and people might assume that you’re sick but no one treated me differently.
