Dr. Phelps was amazing with my sons today. My youngest is four and had never been to the eye doctor before. Dr. Phelps did a great job of putting him at ease and making the experience a fun one. He also was great at explaining things to my oldest son and answering his questions. The office ladies were super nice and helpful, too.
Dr Phelps was extremely patient trying to find solution for my son. He spent time getting to know us and examining his vision. He showed geniune concern and was knowledgeable about scleral lenses. We are grateful to have him in Jackson.
Dr. Phelps and his staff are wonderful! They truly show that they care about their patients. Dr. Phelps has the latest equipment and does a thorough exam with you. He makes sure that he takes the time to explain things and listens to your concerns. He is amazing!
Dr. Phelps provides an excellent service for my eye care needs! He uses cutting edge equipment/technology and explains results methodically and thoroughly in an easy to understand manner. He is a friendly, easygoing and engaging optometrist. Before I left, he made sure I had no more questions or concerns. I did not feel like I was just another number, but a valued patient he truly cared about. He is definitely an optometrist I would highly recommend!
Dr. Phelps is the most caring eye doctor around! He makes sure your eyes are the best they can be and helps with your insurance as well. His staff are nice and polite and helpful. They fit you in beautiful glasses and make you feel like you are pretty and important! I love Phelps Eye Care!
