Busy parking location. Customer service is okay. They took forever to give me glasses. Recieved msg my glasses are ready. Once I get there girl said isn't ready yet. Why they sent me msg. Overall no good experience. They need to improve their communication.

Unfortunately, I chose this place based on the positive reviews. However, my experience has been a complete disappointment. They don’t know what they are doing or have any sense of accountability. They gave me a wrong prescription and it has just been a mess. I had to go with a different doctor and they fixed my prescription. I can now see properly. Avoid this place if you can.

I always have a great experience at Solace. The doctors are so kind, the staff is helpful, and they have a great selection of glasses. I recently brought my 1.5 year old with me and they were so accommodating - even had toys ready for him!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and very helpful. The ophthalmologist was so wonderful with my daughter the whole experience was amazing. It was my daughter’s first time at the eye doctor and they all were amazing! Highly recommend
