Extremely disappointing experience at Broward Specialty Group. I went for a six-month follow-up appointment with Dr. Vendryes and specifically asked for the first appointment of the day to avoid long waits. I arrived 15 minutes early and was the first patient there — yet they couldn’t find my information or even figure out what I was supposed to have done. By 10:30 a.m., I was still waiting, even though several patients who arrived after me had already been seen. The doctor was walking around with his phone in hand, and no one came to explain what was going on. When I finally asked for a refund and decided to leave, the doctor just turned around and completely ignored me — he didn’t even have the decency to face me or apologize. Terrible organization, no communication, and zero respect for patients’ time. Never again.

Brought my mom for a procedure that didn't commence until an hour and a half later. The restroom is disgusting, feces is on the toilet seat, smeered on floors and wall. No paper towels inside the restroom so now I have to grab a dirty doorhandle. There are urine collection cups so there could totally be cross contamination of any labs performed with the bathroom being so filthy. Please clean up!

My experience was exceptional! It was my first appointment , I filled out paperwork, was seen by the doctor and diagnosed all in approximately an hour and a half. I arrived at 8 am and was out the door at 9:20 am. The doctor knew exactly what was going on with me. When she read my symptoms, she did some evaluating test exercises and was quickly able to diagnose me.. I was very impressed, Dr. Gupta knows exactly what she is doing. I have already recommended her. I am very pleased with my new ENT! The whole staff is wonderful, they were polite, professional and efficient. My experience was excellent!

Despite that there was a mix up with my appointment, and although everyone was busy, I appreciated that they didn't turn me away, but fitted me into the doctor's schedule. Everyone, from the front desk, the admitting nurse Katie, and Dr. Gupta, were all friendly, concerned and accommodating to my needs. Amazing service and facility!
