South Jersey Eye Physicians

I just left this practice and I can say from check-in until checkout and everything in between was amazing. I called today with an issue. They got me in within an hour which I know is not common, but they were accommodating and helpful. The front desk staff works nice and patient with my questions. The back of the house that were efficient and explained everything to me before doing anything and Dr. Brown was just the best she was informative and Patient with me and did everything she could to make sure she gave me the right diagnosis. She helped me get the first step to some relief with my issues. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Avoid this practice at all costs, the wait time is excessive and the staff do not care. There is no communication between the technicians, doctors and office staff leading to a miserable experience. The overall atmosphere feels like a cattle call.

The care provided was good. But the office management needs improvement. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to see the doctor for a 10 minute appointment.

Update review (2/15/2022): Just visited this facility today because my glasses needed to be fixed and Alex did a great job. I’m super thankful for SJEP! I highly recommend them!👍 Just finished my regular eye exam today and it went really well. Dr Candice Tolud is excellent! All the staff are professional and friendly. I even got some glasses today! Alex did a great job helping me get the best pair and I'm super happy 😃

Saw Dr. Cohen… he always takes the time to do a thorough exam and answers all questions with kindness. He did a terrific job with my cataract surgery.
