Dr. Tjoe was amazing with my girls. She is so kind and efficient. Our girls enjoy learning all the steps of their exam. Even my eldest, who just learned how to put in her contacts, feels like a pro. So grateful for this wonderful optometry office and Dr. Tjoe! Plus, parking is easy and we didn’t have to wait for our appt so the office knows what they’re doing! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an optometrist.
Once I checked in I was taken to a room where I started the eye exam process with a delightful technician. All easy, thorough, and not stressful. I then went to another room where Dr Kim saw me. We went through my test, and the supplements I am taking for my eyes. We discussed my options with other treatments and I was referred to a retina specialist in town. The Dr. reached out to me and I have an appointment next week!! I love how they care about their patients and see that we are getting the best and newest treatments available!! I already have my annual exam booked for next year!! Thank you for your exceptional service!!
Dr. Tjoe is fantastic. I’ve seen her twice now and she’s always kind, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She genuinely cares about her patients and makes the experience feel personal (even asking about my kids). I left feeling like I actually understood my eye health, not just my prescription. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience as always.. Dr. Kim is very competent and patient, and the staff, equipment, everything is perfect. She is a perfectionist and is able to explain everything. I have complicated eyes and I feel confident that they are taking good care of me.
I've been going to So Pasadena Optometric Group for over 30 years. The staff is so helpful and the medical team is suburb!! Loved Dr. Lowe, and now under the great care of Dr. Annie Lee Kim!! 👁❤️
