Dr Kaitlin Medlin was very professional and very thorough. My experience with her was excellent and I will go back. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. I am excited about getting my new glasses.
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I asked about purchasing a small supply of contact lenses, and instead of helping, they refused and insisted I come in for an appointment. There was no willingness to work with me or offer any reasonable option. What was even more frustrating was being told that I had never ordered contacts from them before, which is simply not true. I have been a customer, and being told otherwise felt dishonest and dismissive. Between the refusal to provide a basic service and the inaccurate information about my history with them, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this business.
Very unprofessional people! They have no willingness to help especially dealing with contact lenses! Dr Medlin also allowed me to leave with the wrong trial size contacts in my eyes. Very nasty attitudes from the lady that sizes you for glasses and the lady that checks you out! Haven’t been there in years and now I see exactly why I stopped!
Dr Thompson doesn’t give you your contact prescription when you go and pay for the exam. He wants you to come back in. After going to Forest 3 times to get my prescription, they still did not give me the contact prescription that I needed. Very disappointed in this business and definitely would recommend using them!
Friendly staff and excellent care....Dr. Thompson really knows how to involve kiddos in their care!!
