My experience there was the worse. The staff was good but the doctor herself is not good at all I was told not to go to her but I wanted to give her a try . She's not friendly she just look in your eye she dont talk to explain what she discovered or nothing I didn't know I needed glasses until her worker told me to pick out a pair of glasses she didn't tell me I needed them or nothing I still don't have all information about my eye exam all I know her worker told me I need glasses. She is very unprofessional she is horrible I dont know if my race has something to do with it but I will never go back to see Dr Shaw and I would never recommend anyone and insurance should cancel her and not send anymore patients to her. I give my experience with her 0 stars but her staff at least pretended to care that was the worse experience I've ever had.i had to give 1 star in order to post.
