These are the friendliest and most helpful people. Dr. Grasso is awesome, skilled and kind! He gave my husband and I all the information after our eye exam. The staff members are skilled in their roles. They put silicone nose pieces on my glasses and adjusted them and they are so comfortable! The person for billing made sure she used the right insurance to make the cost as low as possible. If our eyes haven't changed Dr. Grasso doesn't try to convince us to get new glasses.

Great place to get your eyes checked out. Dr. Carolyn Gibson is in DQ now. We both had 8am appointments yesterday. They got us right in. They were very thorough and knowledgeable and professional. Beautiful office space that was spotless. All employees were very friendly. I recommend.
Only giving two stars because the staff was friendly. Otherwise, our entire experience at this office has been atrocious. My 11 year old son went to inquire about contact lenses. We had yet another exam since our September one. This was March 30. We were told at that appointment, his lenses would be ordered and we could be called when they came in. 2 weeks passed, heard nothing. So I called and the lenses had yet to be ordered. Once they came in a week later, we were scheduled for fitting. He was sat down in a dark room and told how to put them in. After about 20 minutes of struggling and crying, he got one lens in. They sent us home and said to practice. For two weeks. With one lens for each eye. He’s 11! He needed instructions and help. We were also not given options on daily, weekly, monthly lenses, or whatever they offer. I still do not know. He’s worked at home this morning for over 30 minutes to put them in, and no luck. I made him stop in fear of scratching his eye. Still waiting on a reply to help remedy this situation. Not to mention, my parents have had the same experience with ordering and communication regarding their eyeglass lenses at this same location. We desperately miss our previous private practice Dr!!
Love Dr. Gibson she takes her time to answer all questions and address your concerns. The staff is wonderful ,all of the them but gotta love Maycee she goes above and beyond to help’
I walked into this office never been before to smiles with greetings. Was referred to by my daughter. Best fitted and clearest glasses I have ever worn. The eye doctor explained in detail what was going on and how to treat my condition with respect, never once did I feel talked down to. I will highly refer SIEC to everyone.
