I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Spalding! She is fantastic and charges a fair rate for those of us who don't have insurance. The booking experience with the front desk was pretty seamless, and they both managed my appointment very well. I had some issues with my original prescription and this location’s eye center, so I stopped by today on really short notice, and she updated my prescription and even gave me another pair of prescriptions (which she did not have to do)! Both her and the front desk are so professional, kind and efficient. I will continue to recommend them!

Dr. Spalding and her staff are the best around. They genuinely care for their patients and will go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.

Great doc. Very thorough, careful and cautious of patient's eye health. Courteous and explains tests and what eyeproblems we might have. Highly recommend

I moved to Ooltewah 7 years ago and have been going to Dr. Spalding every year since. She is so pleasant and reassuring. She goes out of her way to search for different products or procedures that might help. Can’t say enough good things!!
