The staff is always friendly and tries hard to make sure my experience is enjoyable. I have been a patient here for years and Dr. Sparks is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I can see with no problems. She's very careful and thorough.

I was looking for a new eye doctor in Andover. I read several great reviews about Sparks Eye Care. I scheduled online on a Saturday, they were able to get me in Monday as a new patient. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Amanda, Dr. Sparks nurse, was gracious and efficient. Dr. Sparks was awesome. She listened to my concerns and explained what she did. The eye glass technician was really helpful in explaining my benefits and picking out frames. It was a great first impression, and I plan to change my family over soon!
