Dr. Conway took his precious time to answer all my questions and to address my concerns. Unlike most medical professionals who rush patients like objects on a conveyor belt, Dr. Conway treats patients like real human beings with a compassionate care - a rare commodity these days! He offered solutions that are practical and affordable to patients, even if it means I do not buy a frame from Specs 20/20. (I ended ordering one anyway.) Therefore I highly recommend Specs 20/20.

Love, love, love Dr Conway and team. Staff are always so patient and helpful with frame selection (if desired). Dr. Conway is very thorough and answers all questions. I feel so lucky that the best office is in network for my vision health plan!

I saw Dr. Conway for the first time, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I’ve been struggling with vision problems for the past couple of years, and Dr. Conway took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand the challenges I’ve been facing. My previous doctor had my prescription so incorrect that I could barely see out of my right eye. Dr. Conway worked with me to try several solutions, and for the first time in two years, I can see clearly again. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Conway’s knowledge, compassion, and kindness. I highly recommend Dr. Conway and his wonderful staff to anyone looking for an attentive, skilled, and caring eye doctor.

My wife and I saw Dr. Conway for several years when living in Portland. We moved about an hour away and found a new eye clinic. After several years there we decided it was well worth our time to drive to Portland to see Dr. Conway. The interaction always feels personalized and never rushed. Rather than simply telling you what you need, he works with you to determine the best overall solution for your eyes. He also has state of the art equipment and a very friendly and capable staff. I happily recommend "Dr. Ben" whenever I have the opportunity!

I continue to receive excellent care from Dr Conway and Staff at Specs 20/20. Have been coming for over 6 years as I continue to receive excellent care, quality frames and wonderful people in the office. High quality service and fair prices
