I had Marc help me order some new glasses as well as some dope sunglasses. He was very understanding and helpful for someone who has a wide head and not all frames would fit. But we found some awesome option and I love the look. Thanks Marc!!!!!!

I had my eyeglasses adjusted today by Marc. I didn’t buy the frames at Specs but that made no difference to Marc. I have been back to my obstetrician’s office twice for adjustments, but my glasses were still very loose on my face until today when Marc put his magic touch on them and now they finally fit perfectly! Thank you Marc for outstanding customer service!! 😊

I stopped in at the N. Webb Rd store last week, needing a new pair of sunglasses adjusted. I was a bit worried as they are Chanel, and purchased for me as a gift, from Canada. Some optical shops will not do adjustments if you didn't purchase from them, nor on "designer" frames. No worries though... Caitlyn (I believe that was her name) did a fantastic job and was so friendly. Also their selection of frames was HUGE.... so many styles to choose from. I highly recommend them.

Jordan did an outstanding job repairing the lens that had come off the frame. In addition he straightened and tightened the frame returning my glasses to a brand new condition. Great Job. Wonderful customer service. Thank you. Bill Williams
