My mother in law was there yesterday with her nephew for eye exam for eyeglasses prescription. Appointment was booked for 1pm but was called in an hour late. Since my mother in law doesn’t speak english at all her nephew was helping to translate. They never offered a translator, rather they told the nephew to stop talking and listen to her. She asked them what nationality they are and when the nephew told where we are from, she said “why don’t you find doctor from there and take her there,” Dr. Vanessa Hoang is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and has 0 customer service. Instead of offering a translator service she wants her to find a different dr. That speaks her own language. Also, She wanted my mother in law to get glasses from her after eye exam but there was no glasses she liked over there. So she asked for a copy of prescription so she can get it else where. Dr. Vanessa seemed upset and refused to give a paper copy and said it’ll be sent to the email in rough tone of voice. My mother in law has been to this place couple times before and one time they were late to open the clinic. The receptionist came after the appointment time to open the clinic and said dr. Is still on the way. Overall, i wanna say, whoever is reading this review, never go to this place. The space is cramped up with no waiting area, dirty floors, dirty windows and very unprofessional manner of the doctor.
