Myeyedr. Has terrific service from the minute you walk in the door! The folks there are all so kind and attentive. Everyone was very helpful getting my eyeglasses set up. Dr. Singh is marvelous and very professional. She was great with explaining everything about my eyes especially regarding genetic dispositions to certain eye concerns. I highly recommend going to myeyedr. for all of your eye care and glasses.
Wonderful office. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Singh and her staff are great! Techs Zaidi and Dennis were awesome and so patient with me! And Zaidi will help you pick out frames too., and help you get the best deal for your money.
I went to My Eye Dr. to get a set of frames adjusted, as I needed nose pads to make my frames more comfortable. The staff here is awesome, the young lady took very good care of me, gave my frames to a tech. in back who could change my pads and they gave me, gave me being the key phrase, a set of larger silicon pads that are so soft and light weight. Their service was swift and professional, I highly recommend them. While I waited, 5 minutes, I perused their excellent selection of Persol's, Olivier Peoples, and Tom Ford frames while glancing at their fine selections of Ray Bans. The staff were so kind and patient, I asked if I could pay for their time and service, they insisted on no charge for their time. A wonderful experience, give them a try...thank you again MyEyeDr.!
Every step of the visit was seamless and easy! Staff is very professional, kind, & willing to help. Dr. Singh was great - answered all my questions and explained each part of the process and decision making. Will definitely be coming back!
Had a great experience at MyEyeDr. in Naperville. The appointment process was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Alisha Singh was very caring and attentive throughout the visit. A special shoutout to Zaida at the front desk — she was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right glasses and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service overall!
