Receptionist very rude, poor customer service every time. Edited from second visit three years later! I gave them a second chance because I prefer local doctors for my family. Made appointments for my kids, over the phone they specifically asked what type of insurance we had and I told them. Pull my kids from school, get there and they then tell me they do not accept the insurance they informed me over the phone that they did. The receptionist seemed a little condescending after finding out the type of insurance and that I told her I was told they took it, to which she said everyone that works here knows we don’t take it. Okay? So why did someone who works here say that you did and waste both our time?? 3 years later and still poor customer service, congrats.
