Spring Hill Eyecare

June 2025, I had my first visit at Spring Hill Eye Care. I was blown away with my experience. This place certainly gives a phenomenal 1st impression. From the outer building curb appeal, and the inside I couldn't believe how clean, beautiful and welcoming it was. I was greeted with a cheery voice and smile. Then I was taken through the process with Michelle, who was detailed, professional and helpful. She explained everything. I didn't wait but a couple minutes when Dr. Patel took over. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Patel. I thought I had Glaucoma, and he reassured me with one look that I did NOT have it. He looked at everything, asked questions, explained the situation and recommended a plan. I also liked his communication and people skills along with his knowledge. Afterwards I went to check out with receptionist Keri. She was bubbly, sweet, funny. Keri topped off the experience with perfection. I highly recommend Spring Hill Eye Care.

I went to the eye doctor after my son accidentally scraped my eye, and Spring Hill Eye Care was able to get me in super quickly. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Keri at the front desk was incredibly sweet and personable. My technician, Ree, was efficient and so kind, which made the visit feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Gozun took the time to clearly explain everything, reassured me, and let me know it should heal nicely — and to come back if I had any issues. The appointment was quick, thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend Spring Hill Eye Care to anyone. Thank you all so much!

I had a great experience today. Christen was very professional and polite. Keri waited on me at the front desk and was also very nice and professional. It was great meeting Dr. Patel. He was very professional and show great concern and interest in my eyecare. I was glad that he wanted to wait to get my records from my previous doctor so that he is aware of my condition. I feel like I'm in good hands.

I will never go anywhere else !! From the beginning of my visit to the end of my visit, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Christen did my imaging and beginning exams before seeing the Doctor and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Patel listened fully to my concerns and recommended several solutions to fix the issues I addressed. He was very easygoing and helpful. Winter helped me pick the perfect frames to keep me feeling (and seeing 😉) confident in my day-to-day life. She gave good advice and helped narrow down my choices along with recommendations to my lenses to further improve my vision. Last, but certainly not least, Keri at the front desk made sure my transaction ran smooth at the end of my appointment after I was finished picking out the best glasses for me and wished me an amazing rest of my day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the caring people that run the show !!

Great experience from the moment I arrived! My Technician Ree, Was very patient with me during a couple test that I was having a little problem with. Dr. Bryant is sweet! My exam was very thorough. She explained everything to me very thoroughly and we came to a mutual agreement with the treatment of my cataracts going forward. Brooke was very kind and personable and a great representative of this office. I would recommend Spring Hill Eye Care Center to anybody!!
