I had a stye on my eye for months I came here to solve the problem but all they did was tell me the same things google said to fix the problem they mad another appointment to get it drained that second appointment it was just a diffrent lady reappearing the same stuff all over agin wasting my time she said they will give us a call when the “doctor” will be there tk get it drained I never received a call back
I just received a call from this clinic a few minutes ago by someone named Sarah that my appointment at Madison West clinic will need to be cancelled because the doctor is out the day of my appointment and that next appointment with him isn't till Feb '26. When I asked what other appointments are available sooner than Feb '26 she's like I have 14 locations to look at, it takes time to flip between locations but guessing nothing is likely available before Feb '26 alluding that I take Feb '26 appointment without making any effort to check at nearby locations if anything sooner is available. When I asked to be transferred to someone who will be more willing to help, she simply said well I'm going to cancel this appointment and you can call us to set up another one and just hung up. Worst customer service ever. I'd have expected a little more professionalism from healthcare system this big.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa Nett at Dean Health Group in Fort Atkinson. On the morning of May 1st, she went above and beyond to help me navigate a last-minute insurance change. Despite not having my updated card, Lisa took the time to look into my coverage and helped me reschedule my appointment so I could verify everything with my provider. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Her advocacy and warm welcome made a stressful situation so much easier to handle — thank you, Lisa!
My first appointment with Dr. Drummond far exceeded my expectations. He and his nursing staff (Sara) were very thorough and kind, spent time answering all my questions, and Dr Drummond offered detailed follow up care options and instructions.
Dr Kohlste is not very helpful. I would recommend finding another doctor. The staff outside of him were friendly. But He didn’t care to listen or help you at all! He was very dismissive of what you had to say and doesn’t believe what you have been previously diagnosed with.. I went then again for ear pain and was told there is nothing wrong with me... So I Found a new provider all together with Aurora and am extremely happy because they diagnosed my ear problem. I had an ear infection due to allergy problems. Oh and they are helping me for everything that has been previously diagnosed to control my health!! Please don’t see them.
