I had a wonderful experience with the Occupational Medicine team. They are truly incredible! Professional, patient, and genuinely friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They took their time, answered my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth. I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Providers are fine but the corporate entity robs patients blind. They have zero pricing transparency, directly violate the no surprises act, and their billing office is completely unresponsive. Affordable care is nearly impossible anywhere it seems, but the greed is particularly sickening coming from a non-profit with a religious affiliation. Their board cares more about their bottom line than their patients; I will be going elsewhere for care and encourage anyone else to do the same
I called today around 9:00 AM CST and had a very frustrating initial experience. The representative I first spoke with was rude, had poor phone connection quality, and was difficult to understand. She stated that my CPT code was not the facility code but did not offer any clarification or assistance. Additionally, she struggled to understand the spelling of my last name, which further complicated the interaction. In contrast, I later spoke with Myna, who provided an excellent customer service experience. She was clear, concise, kind, and genuinely willing to help. She addressed my questions effectively and demonstrated the level of professionalism and support that customers should expect. Myna is a strong example of what great customer service should look like.
I'm currently going to physical therapy for a bad car accident/whiplash. I like my physical therapist; she's up to date on the newest treatment for body injury. And the PT assistant, Lily, is really nice and understanding and stronger than her petiteness would suggest. I can't take pictures inside the gym but they have just about everything I think you would need to get better. I wish they had a the regular staircase and one with more steps.
Lots of easy parking. Clean. Every staff member was professional and helpful. The building could use cosmetic updates inside, but it doesn't detract from the healthcare experience.
