What a day... I was turned away by 7 other ophthalmologist (over booked) and I have a long story to tell but this is the story of how truly kind and considerate people act. I called (never been here) frazzled was seen promptly diagnosed with a very serious optical issue and helped by all staff above and beyond ❤️. I would recommend them to everyone I could and this is my first step.
I love the staff they are great at both locations. Dr. Michael takes his time with you to make sure he understands what your questions are to make the right decisions for your care.
Always a great experience. Dr. Caister and his staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Office is impeccable. I highly recommend.
The staff were very friendly and patient when teaching my daughter how to properly use contact lenses
This place is terrible. Never tells me what’s wrong and says the same thing every time when it’s clearly different problems. Will be waiting for a hour in the waiting room after your appointment time so feel free to be late!
