This place should work on their customer service skills! My glasses needed to be dropped off and I was not going to be able to do that because of their hours. On the phone with Sarah I told her I was going to have my husband drop them off. When he got there he was welcomed with nothing but an attitude for being in their presence! Now almost 3 weeks later I called to check on my classes, again and got the same answer they gave me a week earlier and a very unpleasant experience with Megan!! Can’t wait to get my glasses back and end my relationship with them!

For the past six years this is where I have been going to get my eyes tested and purchase my glasses. They have consistently been very good at what they do. I can call and set up an appointment and it hasn't been two or three months out. It's actually within a that I am able to get in. My glasses are the same way. It's nice to know that they are consistent and for me that's reassuring. Everyone knows what they are doing and listen to what ever you have to tell them or any questions.

Staff are all friendly and super helpful, the doctor is awesome, and they have a solid selection for glasses. Highly recommend!

It’s the only place I go to get my eyes checked out! Dr Tran and Dr dolphin are very good and the staff at all locations are very helpful
