I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kimbrow and the entire team! Dr. Kimbrow is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about her patients. She is professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain every procedure, making sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout your visit. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and her attention to detail and compassionate care make every appointment a positive experience. I also want to give a special thank you to Mariela at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel like family. Mariela is always on point, organized, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping with insurance, she always goes above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. Her customer service is truly outstanding. It’s hard to find a dental office where everyone is so caring, professional, and dedicated to their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Kimbrow and her entire team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. They have earned my trust, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Niki Sam at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She made sure that I had everything that I needed, and then my process was being streamlined as well as transportation not leaving me as well. She gets an A++ from me . Was extremely friendly as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Greenspoint Dental. Mariela at the front desk was so helpful & makes the check in process incredibly smooth. The dentist and the dental assistant were exceptional, providing gentle and thorough care during my cleaning & taking great impressions. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism & friendly atmosphere.

I’m giving this a 1 star for many reasons The first reason being I have a schedule and I have more appointments and an important interview today for a big job offer. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now. The scheduling always has to be so conflicting and problemati! Never ever even if I show up early have I been called back to my appointment on time. Second reason I’ve been sitting here for a hour for medical appointment was at 8:45 am I checked in right on time, the time is now 9:49 a.m. and she just now calling me back. 2nd reason my optometrist appointment was at 9:15 a.m. and still have yet to be called. Third I have a dental appointment at 10:00 a.m. that I doubt will be on time. This office has tested my patience for so long, do not get me wrong the girls at the front are very professional and overworked from what I can see. But I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anybody to be honest unless you nothing but time on your hands. Again the girls in the front I been coming here for years have been nothing but a pleasure, they deserve a raise for all the work they put in, for all the b.s. they have to deal and god knows my attitude on days like this.

Absolutely hate going to the dentist but I know when I come here my feelings and concerns will be prioritized! Mariela and Ms Nikki in the front are always great energy. Brenda is also great where I’m nervous I end up laughing my way through any visit. I thank all the staff for being patient and courteous.
