I had a really great experience at the St. Hope Foundation Bellaire location and wanted to share how much I appreciate the team there. I went in last week and from start to finish everyone was incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Emiko and Dr. Omar were both amazing. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, which made a big difference for me. They also made sure I left with the right medication and clear instructions, which I really appreciated. I also want to give a special thank you to Rosalyn at the front desk. She was very helpful, welcoming, and patient while assisting me. It’s not always easy dealing with paperwork and appointments, but she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Dr. Roli and Mr. Omar did an excellent job today on my teeth. They were not only very patient but walked me thru all steps and demonstrated nothing but kindness, understanding, devotion and did it with those beautiful smiles I always look forward to seeing upon arrival. I am so grateful for Lauren at SHF for all of her help and above-and-beyond efforts in helping with my paperwork and case management. Trying to book an appointment by phone has become a nightmare; I have to go all the way there just to schedule one. Now they have an AI system that doesn’t work properly, and whenever I get transferred to a representative... they hang up on me. I’ve been dealing with this for a month, and now I’m going to have to take a day off work just to go in and request an appointment.
