Had a great experience today for my first time to this practice. I’ve been needing to update my eyeglasses and get a new pair of prescription sunglasses for way too long. The staff was kind and professional, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Dr. Kubesh Took her time and gave me a thorough eye exam. She gave me plenty of time to ask questions, but she basically answered anything before I needed to ask. The pre-and post eye exam technicians were extremely nice, professional and patient with me as I was deciding what I wanted. My questions were answered, and she helped me decide the best way of getting the most out of my insurance. I’m really looking forward to getting My new Glasses and my new sunglasses.I appreciate everyone I dealt with today. I was not impressed by the last two different places where I got my last two sets of glasses, but Today let me decide who I’d like to keep dealing with in St. John’s County. Thank you for your care today.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:20. I left work at 10:10, confident I would make it on time since I live and work just down the street from the location. On my way, I repeatedly tried calling them to let them know I might be a few minutes late, but every attempt to connect failed. I arrived at 10:33, only to be told that because I was late, they wouldn't honor my reservation, which I had booked over a month in advance. As a result, I won’t be returning and will also be taking my family elsewhere.
Doctor’s good. Took over a week for my glasses to arrive. Staff not really interested in ensuring comfortable fit beyond having me shake my head to ensure they don’t fall off. Lenscrafters on the other side of town is worth the drive and going out of network if needed. Going to take my new frames there to have them adjust for me.
I went yesterday for the first time. Dr. Philips was hands down the best eye doctor I’ve had in a very long time. He was thorough, understanding and easy to talk to. The support staff was wonderful, and frame selection was great. I urge anyone who’s needs an exam and/or new glasses to visit SJEA, World Golf Village. If I could give 6 stars, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, davida
I recently had an excellent experience at SJEA and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The eye examination was thorough, and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything in detail. I appreciated how they took the time to discuss my options for lenses and treatments without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and efficient, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, the customer service at SJEA exceeded my expectations. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. If you're looking for an eye doctor who puts their patients first, I recommend Dr. Opari.
