I had an eye appointment this morning with St Luke’s on Dale Mabry. The staff and the doctor assistants were great, but when the doctor came in she appeared angry. Not sure why, but I felt uncomfortable. She never introduced herself and proceeded to ask questions. I responded in a calm professional manner which did help. She was knowledgeable completed the exam and left. We all have bad days, but this type of behavior was unacceptable. I wasn’t going to write a review, but they reached out and asked for one. St. Luke’s please do better…

Talise did an exceptional job. She was personable, professional and made me feel totally comfortable. I normally have some anxiety when getting an eye exam but Talise was so warm and friendly that I had great results. I loved my time with her. Thank you Talise!❤️

I had a great experience with Doctor Katherine Flynn. She took the time to do a detailed eye exam and explained everything clearly. I didn’t feel rushed, and all my questions were answered. The staff was professional and the visit was smooth overall. I would recommend this eye doctor for anyone looking for careful and attentive eye care.”

Dylan was the first tech that I met-very nice and very professional. Then Rebecca led me to an exam room where I saw Dr Glass. Everything went smoothly and no long wait times. Thank you

My husband had an 11 am appointment. We arrived right on time. We were told that they were running about 45 minutes behind. At 12 pm I explained we had to leave by 1:30 pm to pick up our great granddaughter at school. I was told we probably not see the doctor until 1 pm or 1:30 pm (mind you our appointment was at 11 am). We cancelled our appointment and left.
