I ve been a regular patient for about 8-10 years I d say. They provided outstanding service and follow up every single time. Now i moved to Texas and, tried multiple clinics and guess what, they are a joke. I started to drive all the way from texas, mainly for St Thomas, and its worth the drive. Their doctors are phenomenal, they are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and they went above and beyond when I needed urgent and time sensitive care. Literally no wait time, super structured and organized, and the list is long. The only down side is that now I m not happy anywhere else if its not St Thomas haha. Thank you all for everything you do and wish you all the success in the world. See you next visit. Mohamed B.

UPDATE: Same day appointment is no longer the standard appointment. You have options within a 7 day window. Pharmacy is responsive and also offers delivery. Note, the Pharmacy will only fill prescriptions for STCHC patients. The clinic continues to improve & reshape in order to provide the best service to their patients and the community. Portal+ UPDATE: STCHC is now affiliated with LCMC. The services, as highlighted in the previous post (see below), remain the same. Yet, the patient portal is now easy, comprehensive, secure, and worth using. I can communicate directly with my Primary, and get a response, request refills, view comparative test results, and more. ~~~~~~~~~~ UPDATE (many changes since my last review years ago): STCHC is conveniently located in a number of locations around the city. I frequent the Magazine/Saint Andrew Corridor. Parking is available at both yet at Magazine & St. Andrew, as of 09/07/23, the parking lot is now fully repaved and marked. I know it's been a long time coming, and it is greatly appreciated. I've been a client for several years, and the reception at both locations (especially Magazine/Andrew) have always been polite, efficient, and professional. Scheduling is more flexible than in the past. Teleheath is available, convenient, and optional. The facility waiting area and restrooms are clean and spacious. Wait time from arrival to services consistently improves. Appointment reminders are still relentless. Yet this is still due to individuals who are frequent late arrivals and/or no shows. So the good continue to suffer for the discourteous - no problem I've adjusted. Medical services remain outstanding. They have an array of new medical exams, specialties, testing and imaging capabilities. Each Doctor and especially Nurse Practitioner, Robin Fouquet, FNP-C (cue loud applause) are consummate professionals, knowledgeable with excellent listening skills, which allows me to explain and ask necessary questions. I am SO glad she is on my team. Appointments are never rushed or mechanical. Yet we manage to complete exams within allotted slots with perhaps time to spare. Referrals are easily obtained when warranted. Otherwise, recommended alternative methods have worked just as well. The Patient Portal remains an utter disappointment. Void of ease regarding nativigation and information provided. I also use the on-site Pharmacy (now on Magazine St.) which communicates by (phone, text and/or email) directly with me rather than me using the Portal. Confirmations of Rx orders are a huge plus. The Pharmacy offers convenient pick-up, home delivery or postal delivery (without the big-box aggravation). Pricing is equal to major competitors. The Pharmacy staff is excellent. The Pharmacy window staff (after survey responses) have improved tremendously. STCHC listens. The STCHC Ophthalmology clinic has moved to the St. Andrew's location, and I could not be happier. Dr. Costello & Julie are THE BEST. For other specialized services (lab work, etc.), the Columbia Parc site is a timesaver, and I have only received exemplary care. Finally, I remain eternally grateful & loyal for when I returned to NOLA to assist with the rebuilded, STCHC was open when there was hardly anything else available. Their history of service to the New Orleans community is ingrained.⚜
I had a great experience at the doctor's office. The nurse was very nice and she is a caring person. She took the time to explain things to me pertaining to my health and answered all my questions. Also the entire staff was very warm and respectful. Of course I will definitely tell others about the health center.🙏
Excellent staff, and excellent care. NP Sweetland resolved all my concerns and was very considerate and professional. 5 stars 👍
I love the friendliness of the staff, the time in which they schedule your appointment , the knowledge of the staff and how likable and friendly they are.
