Normally I like this place normally I would recommend it and I'm still going to recommend it it's just the fact that today we were picking up glasses for my daughter and I had a pair of glasses I wanted to get fitted for my face and the lady just told me no it don't look like I can do it She didn't even try I mean I hate the fact that people can do a job and then they won't even try to do it when they can so it really made me feel like maybe it's because I'm native American or she's the maybe thought I wasn't going to pay for the service I don't know but she could have at least tried

I’ve been going to Dr. Stanchfield for years now! The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude and doesn’t try to work with clients at all.. I was going to be a few minutes late for an appointment hoping they would work with me, instead they tried scheduling me 2 months out, after already scheduling me 2 months out! So frustrating.. I’ve decided to go with a new eye doctor. Your customer service representation is everything!
