I had a great experience at Stanton Optical in Tallahassee. The customer service was excellent and everyone was thorough, friendly, and really took their time to make sure everything was done right. I had both a glasses and contacts exam, and the pricing was very reasonable. They also price‑match places like 1‑800 Contacts, which made my order even more affordable. There is a bit of a wait in the office, but honestly it’s because they’re thorough and stay attentive with each person. It was absolutely worth it for the level of care I received and the price!

I lost my glasses three days before a really important event and had an eye appointment at another office in town, which was great but they didn’t have my prescription in stock. I saw Rafael at Stanton and he was able to find me the perfect pair of glasses and have them ready the same day, like in less than an hour, using my prescription from the other office. He saved the day!!! Thank you Rafael!

I will not be returning, i am always getting false information from their call center just to have to pay more while I’m in the office.. The 25th of this month will mark 6 months I’ve had these glasses, they broke today. I call the number to come in and see about fixing them. Gary in customer service said just bring the frames and lenses and they would be replaced.. I LEGIT ASKED THIS MAN DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING? Money, what? He said just the glasses no charge due to my warranty I never knew about. Cool, I get here to find out I have to pay 20% which wouldn’t be an issue IF I WASNT TOLD WHAT I WAS TOLD AND BROUGHT MY WALLET!! But since I was told only the glasses I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I’m tired of it, my initial visit was the same way, I was told I could get glasses and an exam for less than $100 got in and was told DURING the exam that I would need to pay over $200. Be fr atp! Stop scamming to get people in here and just be direct and give accurate information when it’s bluntly asked! And I live over 20 mins away I’m not going to get my wallet and come all the way back over here, to possibly be told something else! No thank you

This place has really great customer service. Super easy and relaxed process, from my exam to staff helping me figure out frames in my budget - doing some sorts of wizardry to minimize cost to me. I am horrible with glasses and they even got me replacement lenses after if nicked my new ones, at no cost. All the staff is personable and kind, I specifically remember the names Michael and Mary iirc, these people will do you right.

Raphael is the bomb. Best service I've ever had! Super nice and friendly and was super patient with my husband and son! We'll definitely be coming back!
