Absolutely amazing experience! Sebastian was very attentive, very informative and very professional. We called ahead for a same day appointment for an eye exam for new glasses and it went very smoothly. I have been wearing glasses since a kid. This is the best experience with getting new glasses. I will continue doing business with the location in Royal Palm. Thank you guys!

I went to get new glasses but had much more done for me. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating including Elid and Sarah. I thought I was done for the day but Brittney asked to see me glasses, she didn’t like the way they sat on my face. She then proceeded to take extreme care in making sure they fit my apparently asymmetric ears. She was very meticulous and after some hot air and bending, got them just right. Thanks for the attention to detail!

Great service from everyone! Ralph helped me make an appointment same day and was super nice and inviting on the phone. Sarah the technician was absolutely wonderful for my appointment! She took the time to explain all the test and show me my retina photo which was awesome! Sarah also sat down with me and looked at all the numbers to ensure I was getting the best use out of my insurance and saving the most money I could. Zion was very welcoming as well during the eye exam itself. Overall clean place and very accommodating. Recommending to the people I work with that have my insurance.

I have never really had good experiences with eye doctors but, this experience was amazing! Elid explained to me all the process of my exam and was extremely helpful. Sarah was funny and supportive when I was trying to find the perfect pair of glasses for me. They were really kind and awesome would highly recommend! Thank you!

Just an awesome place to get your eyes examined and a pair of glasses. The exam was totally free and very thorough. The manager there is especially nice and very helpful and...I know this shouldn't matter, but the manager was so cute and kinda hot in her nerdy kind of way lol so not only did she make me feel so very welcomed, but she was very pleasing to the eyes. Give her a raise ASAP as I assure you any man will leave there wanting to come back one day :)
