Amazing staff. Very professional and after we got to know each other, very fun. The twins are very good at their jobs and lovely ladies. Also the lady from Cuba who did my exam. I look forward to seeing them again. So many places have employees who act like they hate their job. So nice to see some who clearly love their job and care about ppl

The most horrible experience with this company. My glasses broke and I was needing an emergency pair so my husband called and made an appointment here. I did an appointment for glasses and contacts The glasses would take two weeks which I’ve never experienced anywhere else that I’ve gone and then the contacts that came with my service they didn’t have available. Mind you I’m blind I have no glasses due to an emergency, they told me oh your contacts will be here in a week so they can hold you over until glasses are shipped . I was ok with that but days went by and I still didn’t have anything so I ordered glasses online paid way less for two pairs and they were on my face in 3 days. It’s been months and I still haven’t heard anything about my contacts . No follow up no apology for the delay nothing at all . Please do not come here overpriced for the glasses that were available even with the supposed sale my husband left paying over $500 ridiculous. I bought two pairs online and paid $120 and they are beautiful I get compliments all the time . Don’t waste your time or money . I hate leaving negative reviews because I don’t like complaining about things but this was to much for me especially how expensive life is and not getting what you paid for .

I was very disappointed with my experience. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was never informed that there would not be a doctor on-site. Even worse, I wasn’t told this until halfway through my exam. The exam was being conducted virtually, with a technician assisting while the doctor was somewhere else. Had I known this before my appointment—or even before the exam began—I would have chosen a different office. I do want to say that the technicians were very kind, professional. My concern is not with them, but with the lack of transparency from the office. Patients deserve to have this information disclosed upfront so they can make an informed decision before scheduling and before consenting to the exam. I hope the office improves its communication with future patients.

Upon entering Stanton Optical located At Altamonte Springs . Rachel and Lia were at the location on the day I went to purchase frames pppfor my prescription they were so helpful. They provided me with all sorts of information. Allow me to make my decisionI was by giving the choices of different. I’ve wear frames anyway I would recommend you guys to anyone in the whole state of Florida. They are patient visit nearby and optical. You will feel the same way satisfied.

I’m Stanton Optical will be a well known name one day but I’m sure it will be from cheating customers and finding unsuspecting new customers. Also, apparently when they are wrong you can rest assured that they will try to start an argument or something to evade honest business. They had me waiting for 2 months to get “ special order glasses” but no one informed me until 5 weeks into the waiting. They gave me a pair of plain glasses to wear for the rest of the wait but when they finally got the glasses they were broken and they found frames at another location and improperly put them in and couldn’t get them frames back to original shape and began to complain that I was the problem and it was because of my thick lenses. To this day they never fixed my glasses. Please beware I have been wearing glasses for 40 years and I recommend you just stick to who you know or can trust
