Great store. People were very helpful and nice. Natalia went out of her way to make my experience phenomenal. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed so I had the best visit possible. She’s a great employee. Hope to follow up with them again soon.

Thank you Stanton optical!! I appreciate everything Natalia and angel did for me. I left the store thinking I picked out the perfect pair…well I didn’t. I ended up coming back, trying them on, and hated the lenses on my face. I felt terrible telling this to angel but he made sure not to let me feel bad. No they weren’t bad lenses but terrible for my face. My mistake..anyway, angel and Natalia took time out of their day while working with multiple other people, to make sure I was ACTUALLY happy with my glasses for the 3rd time LOL and I can’t wait to go pick them up because the hospitality makes you want to stay and talk all day long. A special thank you to angel M for being one of a kind and helping people feel good about the glasses they put on their faces🩷 it may seem like a small gesture but we wear these glasses everyday and if you hate your glasses you’ll never wear them I am so excited for my first ever pair of sunglasses from them as well truly affordable if you’re on a budget. (They are also willing to work with your budget)

My first time trying on contacts was crazyy, but thankfully I had help from Nadia and Nataliia literally was so comforting and patient. Made my experience 100% better and gave good tips. This my new home for optical.

It's crazy that this place is allowed to operate the way they do. It's all about the sale as long as they think your spending money there it's all smiles. The ppl there talk about their customers when they think they are not listening. My eyes were irritated from my contacts and I couldn't find my glasses so I went there to see if they could help. Because it was taking me longer than usual to take my contact out because of the irritation the tech tells the other tech, "taking that long to take one contact out is crazy" then continue to say she doesn't want to do my exam. After the exam is over it's time to pick out glasses right. The guy i was going over lenses with was all about the upgrades not what I was looking for. So I tell him that I don't have my contacts in so i need help. He got an attitude and just became passive aggressive after this point. Just not the way you treat ppl. I paid for my exam got a quote on the glasses he offered me and left. Did I get glasses? Yes but not from here and I actually got what I wanted, not what they wanted me to have with the premium everything just to make a quantity sale.

My son went in because his glasses broke. He had an eye exam and the doctor said due to his vision being severe, he had to go see a specialist and couldn't prescribe the correct prescription of glasses. My son then went to Eyeglass world. They offered him contact lens and was able to prescribe the correction prescription for his eyesight. I am giving them two stars because at least they didn't charge him for the eye exam. I find it hard to believe that they couldn't prescribe the correct prescription for his vision but Eyeglass World could.
