I haven’t had a new pair of glasses since 2019 lol. The staff at the boiling springs location made it crazy easy to pick out a pair of glasses. The eye exam was very quick and seamless. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had, even the stupid ones lol. Thank you guys very much

This is a wonderful addition to Rt 9. The staff were all great. Customer service is excellent. I came here on opening day today and even saw staff from Spartanburg popping in. Great experience! I can’t wait to get my new glasses!
The location is convenient and not far from where I live. All of the staff from the front desk to the clinical were super kind and welcoming. Had amazing deals on glasses whether you’re insured or self pay. My overall experience was amazing and will be coming back regularly for eye exams now :)
I had to give a 3 ONLY because the staff in the store was very nice and tried their best to make my visit a good experience. However all the machines either weren’t working correctly or it was user error I’m not sure. I had to do one machine like 6 different t time or more. Once I got in to see the dr she had pulled the wrong person so I had to switch rooms, however that room the equipment wasn’t working so I had to go back to the original room. I got dr Baker for my exam. WORST experience EVER with her. She was really rude, rushing me to finish’s telling me I needed to se a certain thing so we could be done. Telling me very bully like that I had read something before and should be able to read it now. The background sounded so chaotic with a bird and a child making noise apparently needing dr bakers attention more than her patient at the time. I have come back the next day and am currently fly waiting even though I was told I’d be taken right back. This may be my only visit to Stanton eye
Came in for an appointment and the workers were very nice and led with smiles and good conversation, but didn’t inform me on pricing before. My insurance I sent over was not pulling up. They used an old insurance policy that I no longer have access to. I was also not told that there is an extra fee for a red light check. Pertaining something about checking your tears. It was extra and since the insurance was incorrect I had to pay for the exam and they tried to get me to pay extra for the red light check. I have used this company for a while just different location and never had a problem but today I can say I will be finding a new eye doctor. I like to know what and how much I am paying for when it comes to anything medical.
