Arlene was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very professional, patient, and took the time to make sure my prescription and glasses were exactly right. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their vision. I’m very happy with my new glasses and the service I received. I highly recommend Arlene if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and friendly to help with your eye care.

I had an outstanding experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Leonel Ferrari. From the moment I walked in, Leonel provided exceptional customer service — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right glasses for my needs. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a great experience, I highly recommend asking for Leonel. He is a true asset to Stanton Optical and made my visit excellent from start to finish. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

Such a great experience here! The staff (Arlene, Yareli, and Leo) was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Arlene, who helped me pick out my glasses was incredibly helpful and patient, and Yareli who did my eye exam was thorough, kind, and made everything easy to understand. Overall the whole team was wonderful. Highly recommend this place!

Karen went above and beyond to help me after I had issues in the past with some lenses. She shows exemplary customer service that is not often seen in the Imperial valley. Other staff members who stood out where Leo and Arlene. They disayed kindness and patience where maybe other other establishmentwould not have. I appreciate all of their assistance and will definitely be returning! Many thanks to Karen, Leo and Arlene!

I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of right away. I had a wonderful experience, they were very friendly and knowledgeable! Karen the Manager made sure my visit was pleasant, they have great and affordable deals. I was able to pick up my contact lenses within 1 week and they made sure I was content and comfortable with my prescription. 10/10 recommend! Thanks again for the awesome customer service.
