It seems like they would prefer you to make an appointment, rather than being a "walk-in".... It was almost like being a "walk-in" was an inconvenience, so they basically guilted me into booking an online appointment as I'm standing right there in front of them at the desk ... Kinda dumb in my opinion. But whatever... Everyone wants money, but they don't want to do the work for it.. FYI: The two pairs for whatever deal is only valid if you're not using insurance. Shop around, there are much better places to buy glasses. Their glasses are VERY expensive. Everything is an upcharge. GO TO COSTCO. THEY HAVE AMAZING PRICES AND COME STANDARD WITH ANTI-GLARE, AND SCRATCH RESISTANT COATINGS.....

If there was a way to give negative stars, this is the company that deserves them! Our glasses were supposed to have been completed within 15 minutes at this point it’s been two weeks. We were forced to pay out-of-pocket as we were told that our insurance couldn’t be built. Not only could our insurance have been billed and saved from the nightmare having to resubmit pay out-of-pocket 600+ dollars for glasses two pairs. Remind you that we’re supposed to be $79 plus a free eye exam. I wouldn’t recommend anyone give their business to this company. Lesson learned steer clear on the Customer Service Service) side. The agents were fantastic. It appears that in fact, the agents know for a fact that it is an absolute crap show. I have never dealt with such poor business practice in my life never again.

My review is for the manager Heather. My eye exam didn’t go as planned but Heather was professional and caring. She handled my mix up perfectly and got me back in the door for a new exam. Thank you Heather!

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Heather the manager of the store there! She went well above and beyond for me for my experience here! My original encounter with the other assistant manager was horrible and dropped the ball about 6 times and Heather could hear I was beyond frustrated and upset and she stepped in and took over! She made what has been a very hard time in my life and gave me such a positive outlook on just life in general! It was comforting to know that there are truly people out there like Heather that are truly compassionate about their job and their patients! I went a complete different route on the normal glasses I get and MAN O MAN! What a whole new level of confidence that a pair of glasses can give you :) Stanton is truly lucky to have you on their team and going above and beyond your work duties! Just make sure to ask A LOT of questions as far as pricing and what is included in their specials. And I always say this..... ALWAYS speak up for yourself if you are ever questioning something, or if something isnt't sitting well with you when you are making a purchase. Again....THANK YOU Heather for all of your help and truly appreciate you and will be sending people YOUR way! Just ask for her!

Broke my glasses today and decided to try this place out. Staff was extremely understanding with how urgently I needed my glasses. They were very kind and helpful and chatted me up while I waited the 10 minutes for glasses. I haven’t had an eye exam in over 2 years because of how long it normally takes at these kind of places. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was and how quick I received my glasses! Yvonne helped me out and had my glasses ready in no time. 100% recommend! Great deals as well :)
