Awesome service and Hanna was great!! Unlike some other places that I liked the dr but the customer service lacked like progressive vision in Fishers, which was also extremely over priced, Stanton takes care of you the moment you walk in all the way through check out. I will come back and refer everyone I know. Thanks that there are great eye clinics thay truly care about the customer!

I was here for an eye check and glasses, but those were too expensive. Thankfully Giovanni T was very helpful with navigating something I liked and which was not too expensive. He even expedited the process and gave me the glasses instantly. Overall a great experience!

Maybe the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Wrong prescription in the end, smoke break from the doc in the middle of the exam, wrong order, showed up twice for an appointment after moving stuff to show up to have doc not be there (TWO times), and delays in delivery of the contacts. Laughably bad!

I went in a couple weeks ago with my grandma to get her new glasses with an updated prescription from another eye doctor, they didn't accept her insurance but gave her a discount matching her coverage, the employees were nice and made sure we knew her progressive lenses would take longer, they also offered for me to get new lenses with an updated prescription in my old glasses which I plan to do soon

After leaving an honest review about my bad experience, one of the employees, Hanna, texted my personal phone number to harass me about my survey (that had nothing to do with her). I called corporate to report this inappropriate behavior, not only did they not give me a call back, but Hanna still works there! Don’t go here unless you want bad service, then to be harassed about THEIR bad service! Hanna, please don’t text me about this bad review too!
