The optometrist was amazing! I ordered three pair of bifocals and the price was almost $700 00. I had to take off all the extras and with insurance, I paid $325.00. Way more than the $79.00 Deal? My glasses came in and the line at my bifocal was in the middle of my eye. They also broke my sunglass lens. Now I get to wait another 2 weeks! All I got was a sorry. No discount, no rush and nothing for my time. I drove 45 miles for nothing. I should have just asked for a refund. The ladies up front really didnt care. They could have at least offered an upgrade.

the only good part of my experience here was scheduling the appointment. the guy who answered was nice but i’m pretty sure those agents are outsourced. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great as my insurance expires soon and my glasses are on their last legs. When I came in the store was empty but eventually someone walked from the back to greet me. The machines they used to take retina pictures were not wiped down. i could see the makeup still on there from someone who used it prior. then they went to start the exam. they couldn’t figure out how to work the machine. said they had another room that someone else told them to not use. they tried to use it anyway but the mirror wasn’t even pointed at the screen to read the letter. i’m not even sure i even saw or sat with an actual Doctor. they eventually told me they could not do the eye exam and would have to reschedule. i’m likely going to schedule one elsewhere.

I was in and out in about an hour! Sakiya was very helpful and patient and helped me pick out the perfect pair(s)! 💕

Staff is nice but they have pushy sales tactics, act as if you don’t have other choices, and are super misleading in their “working with insurance” . Just be mindful when they front you a bill of what it is that you’re actually paying for. Super disappointing.
