I came in for an eye exam and the two pair deal. I was provided a hybrid exam, which was interesting but very efficient. The staff in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and provided a 10 out of 10 experience. Every employee greeted me and offered to help in any way they could. Excellent service and quality.

Absolutely horrid customer service. The worst experience I've ever had as a paying customer. The young lady (the only one working in the store) was indifferent and disrespectful. I had gone 3 weeks earlier and got my prescription and 2 pair of glasses. My husband made his appointment, saw the technician and was treated like it was a total burden to help us. We ended up paying for the exam and walking out. I 100% DO NOT recommend as you may end up with this young lady and wasting your time, even with an appointment. I will not be returning and I am telling everyone I know to steer clear. If anything happens to my glasses during my warranty period, I would much rather just go to Walmart and pay for new ones. And its really too bad because i like the glasses I bought a few weeks ago.

It was a great experience, fast, prompt, and was able to leave with my glasses in hand same day. All in the same visit. Ms. Pam was a pleasure to work with. She made sure I understood and made it easy for me to find the best fit for me. Thanks Stanton Optical!

Originally had an appointment for my mom set for Monday, June 8th for 6:15. We arrived a few minutes before and waited for over an hour before leaving without being seen. The associate who answered my mom’s questions thoroughly and gave her all the options is the reason I’m giving this review an additional star. Her customer service was excellent. I called the following day, June 9th to follow up on if we were going to be able to be seen today, due to the fact that there was a group before us yesterday and I didn’t want to make a trip for no reason. I was met very rudely by another associate who basically told me that she was the only technician there and that I could go somewhere else to get the exam cause she can’t guarantee that my mom would be seen. The fact that we were never seen the day prior to and you say to take the service elsewhere is absolutely ridiculous and not accommodating whatsoever. I genuinely hope that this situation could be resolved with this associate providing this type of customer service.

Ms. Pamela provided absolutely amazing service! This was my first time ever wearing contacts, and she made the entire process so easy and comfortable. She was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to her, I feel confident and great wearing my contacts. — I highly recommend her!
