Husband's glasses broke quickly. Lenses keep falling out and now breaking. One is cracked slmost all the way across and the crack is spreading and other looks like it is shattering from immense pressure. Won't ever go back. Waste of $500. This is how they look after they tightened the screws.

My eye exam was speedy, and my glasses were prepared faster than I expected. They also have great deals and very affordable prices. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service and affordable eyewear!
ERIKA ROSE IS AMAZING............HANDS DOWN!!!!!! I didn't manage to get the name of the other women that helped out as well (with the beautiful ring I complemented on), 2 on 1 service (when not busy/important) is amazing. They both helped in different ways, but Erika knew her stuff when it came to correcting my first pair of "Progressive" lenses. She hit the nail on the head! My first day wearing was perfect! I just regret NOT sending both of them back at the same time to get corrected. 10 STAR service all around, the woman that gets the best prescription for you in your eye exam is amazing as well. The owner of this establishment better be PROUD!
Erika was extremely helpful! Came in needing an adjustment and she figured out a way to help us and explained why it happened and what to do when getting new glasses to avoid it from being a problem again. The whole time we were in there the rest of the staff were very upbeat, kind, and welcoming!
I went for my eye exam and I needed contacts. She asked me if I wanted to order from them. I said no I would order from 1 800 contacts. She said she didn't have prescription and she would order me a trial pair to see if they work. I asked her long she said 3 to 5 days. I went upfront to pay for my eye exam. They didn't tell me till I was ready to pay that my insurance was not in network. So instead of paying 40 I paid 75.00. Then they kept asking me if I wanted to order contacts I kept telling them no. They asked what my login info for 1800contacts was so she could see what I paid. I felt very violated. After 30 minutes of being pressured I finally paid and left with my prescription. I called today to check on my trial pair of contacts. They said it will 2 weeks before it was there. I said I was told 3 to 5 days. The girl on the phone said no she deceived you. I definitely will not be returning. Very unprofessional place.
