Huge shout out of Geknee! She was super nice and made me feel extremely confident with my glasses! She took the time to help me pick out not one but two pairs! She also did a good job with the examination explaining the process to me each step! 10 out of 10 service!!

Huge shoutout to Ale! From the moment I walked in she made me feel at ease and excited for my new glasses. The exam was professional, quick, and thorough. We were able to pick out glasses and even get one pair the same day! Thank you Ale for everything.

PLEASE DO NOT GO! Saving a few dollars and an hour of your life isn't worth it. I promise. I will never go again. First of all I was not told that you don't even see the prescribing optometrist. You are seeing a hybrid doctor, who also oversees another 20 other clinics. That gives you an idea on how much he likely cares about your eyes. Second, they tried to sell me on a number of things and then when they looked up my VSP it was $55 for both contacts and eyeglass prescription and exam. Unsure why we didnt just run insurance first instead of all their "deals" with "free exams." And now to the real problem. The optometrist prescribed the wrong kind of contacts and NO ONE can get ahold of him to fix the prescription or update my order so that I can get the contacts I need. So my order has been cancelled, searching for him via the ordering site cant find him, and he hasn't responded to multiple requests by the ordering company. I called the local store that I was seen at and was told "he is busy and will get to it when he has time." I ordered these contacts a WEEK AGO. I dont think this HYBRID model is used to serve the customer. It was clearly made to save the company money and stretch one optometrist thin with patients and prescriptions.

It truly was a positive experience for me. Ale was great and spent quite a bit of time with me. She even helped me pick out frames. No other eye Dr has done that. They told me it would be 2 weeks to get the glasses but it was only 6 days. I love the glasses. I'd wanted the 2 for 79 deal but she explained why that wouldn't work. All in all I spent 150 which was a lot cheaper than I'd ever paid before. Usually it's been 350. So I'm quite satisfied.

I came in to possibly get help finding new frames for my prescription sunglasses, but like I was told, its a 1 in 100 chance with sunglasses like mine. My only problem was how it sat on my face. Id tried everything and gave up. Cue Lola! She took a good while adjusting my glasses, and even replaced the hard plastic nose pieces with silicone and now they sit perfect, theyre 100x comfier and look a LOT better on my face. I no longer dislike wearing them! Thanks a ton, Lola, you seriously rock! Ill be coming back when I need new glasses or an exam.
