It was a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Thelma immediately, and was sent to the exam room. They had a lovely Doctor who was easy to work with, as well as kind as can be. I was almost not able to afford my purchase which would of been a disaster, however thanks to Thelma I was able to get frames that look amazing on me! God Bless these people! My mom and i had an amazing experience! It was our first time here and everyone was super helpful. Blaire was very patient with me and help with a smooth transition. There was no pressure to make purchases I felt I couldn’t afford. Darleen helped my mom and I both get the glasses we need while also staying within our budget. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing experience! Thelma and Meghan were extremely helpful and patient helping my son pick out his glasses and put in his contacts for the first time. They have so many glasses to choose from and great prices! Highly recommend!

We had the best experience at My eye lab today. Our salesperson, Brandon was very nice, patient and informative. He helped us get the best deal and even went through our insurance benefits with us. The store had a wide variety with reasonable prices. Also it was very organized and easy to find frames in your price range. I would definitely recommend it.

The two ladies there made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the other, but Megan was great. She stayed positive with me throughout my whole visit, and went beyond helping me find a pair of glasses. I would recommend anyone go.
