I was welcomed the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and helped me find the glasses I needed. 100% recommend them - less than $400 for an exam, 2 pairs of glasses and an upgrade to my lenses. Hi everyone, Ms.Maria was the bomb I loved her customer service. Hands on,detailed descriptions, patience,very well rounded woman. I loved the experience of the eye exam as well Mr.Ed made sure I wasn't nervous,and made me comfortable with the machines and sensitivity to my eyes. I can say I never have had such an easy,quick and professional experience when getting glasses. I'm stuck and a valued customer for life.

This past New Years Eve, I found myself at work having a particularly rough day. Unfortunately, my contact lens tore, forcing me to leave early. I drove home with one eye covered and, once home, said a prayer for guidance. I began searching online for optical offices that could provide contacts or glasses, eventually finding a place that allowed me to schedule an appointment at 5:30 PM on New Year's Eve. Upon arrival, I shared my insurance card, only to learn it was not accepted. Despite this setback, the staff offered me a very good deal. Regrettably, I was unable to afford it at that moment. However, the optometrist showed incredible kindness by providing me with sample contacts to ensure I wouldn’t start the new year on a negative note. He also expressed his willingness to assist me, acknowledging my work as a social worker and emphasizing that those who help others deserve help in return. This experience was deeply emotional, and I have never been treated with such kindness. I greatly appreciate his generosity and will be returning to his establishment for a comprehensive eye examination and to purchase contacts and glasses. I highly recommend this place for their exceptional customer service and compassionate care.

I visited this location after being told about a promotional offer that would cost less than $100 for a complete pair of glasses, including the prescription. That promotion was the sole reason I scheduled my appointment and proceeded with the process. However, after completing the eye exam and selecting my glasses, I was informed that the total cost would be three times the amount I was initially quoted. I want to acknowledge that the experience itself was pleasant. The doctor was kind and professional, and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with choosing glasses. Unfortunately, the dishonesty regarding pricing overshadowed what could have been a great experience.
