Not sure how it’s spelled—that’s my fault—but Aileen was great to me! I was able to get new frames after breaking a 3-year-old pair and had a good conversation. I love good customer service because sometimes some of us just need a good chat while being serviced. Not only that, but she was able to apply some discounts. As a student, that’s a yes for me—especially in this economy! She also recharged my frames under a UV light!

Highly Recommend! Amazing Experience at Stanton Optical Dai Stevens at Stanton Optical was absolutely amazing! His customer service was better than anywhere else I’ve been. This was actually my first time ever visiting a Stanton Optical, and wow… it was nothing short of the best experience. There isn’t a physical doctor on-site, but honestly, it was so impressive. It’s kind of like TeleMed, but all of the testing is done right there at the location. Everything was smooth, easy, and FAST. The whole process felt so futuristic and efficient, and I was honestly amazed at how well everything flowed. The pricing was also fantastic, and Dai treated me with more passion, care, and patience than I’ve ever received at a traditional eye doctor’s office. I truly felt like they cared about me and wanted to make sure I understood everything. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a regular eye doctor again after this experience. If you’re thinking about going, I highly recommend it and if you have questions, just call them. They’re super helpful and happy to explain everything. Thank you again Dai for making this such a great experience!

Felicity and Austin were amazing! They were able to get me same day glasses, even with my high prescription. The process was quick and easy. I have recommended them to other friends who are in need of glasses or contacts.

After not having the best experience during previous trips at a different location I was hesitant to visit the store near my home in Carrollton. My wife and I decided to visit and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The employee that made our experience so memorable is Dai! From the moment we walked in we saw that he was the only employee working yet he made us feel like we truly had a personalized experience. He was welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. He made sure to detail each option we had available, and after sharing with him about my headaches I get, made suggestions that I feel will truly help support my quality of life. He is an amazing human being and a true inspiration to those who haven’t had the best exam experiences. I truly recommend this location for anyone and we personally would like to say a huge thank you to Dai!

Austin is the store manager here and he went way beyond to help me with my sunglasses I had called one of the other locations. It was quoted almost $400. I got my new sunglasses for just under $100. Austin went way beyond his duties to make sure the customer was happy.
