I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was lovely and super helpful. Amber, the manager was OUTSTANDING. She was very informative, super kind, and made my experience one to remember! Without a doubt I will be coming to this location in the future, even if I move cities! She was also able to provide me with some contact solution for my contact lenses! THANK YOU (:

1 out of 5 Stars: Broken Equipment, Predatory Variable Pricing, and Greed"Avoid this location at all costs. The store is unprofessionally maintained—their eye exam equipment was literally broken, and I was forced to physically hold the testing glasses up to my face myself just to get my prescription measured. On top of that, the employee running the test was completely clueless. After taking my pre-exam eye photos, she accidentally shut down the entire system, forcing me to sit there and retake the medical images all over again. She tried to excuse it by claiming it was only her 'second day at that location,' but it was clear she had zero training on how to handle standard diagnostic equipment. The sales process is incredibly predatory and designed to trap you. They initially came at me with an outrageous $1,000.00 price tag, then magically started 'working in discounts' to bring it down to $600.00. I had to explicitly fight them and be the one to suggest a standard line bifocal and basic plastic lenses just to get the total down to $506.33 (Orders #142987470 and #142987471). Why is the customer pointing out the obvious, basic product options? Because they intentionally hid the affordable choices to keep my bill inflated.I fell victim to an aggressive bait-and-switch scam where the salesperson prioritized a $5 commission bonus over my personal medical and optical needs. They switched my order over to their full-retail 'Buy One, Get One Free' (BOGO) lens plan, which by their own corporate rules allows customers to choose any frame in the showroom. Instead, they explicitly lied and told me I was restricted to the cheap 'blue tag only' budget frames. They forced me into low-end frames while charging me an inflated, premium retail price for the lenses just to maximize their commission. They had the power to strip down the second pair to a basic backup and make a clean sale with zero complaints from me, but because they got greedy and tried to force expensive, unwanted upgrades onto both pairs, they lost the entire sale.To make matters worse, when I went back to confront them, the General Manager (Amber) admitted she could have 'worked her magic' to instantly drop the price from $1,000.00 down to $330.00. This is absolute proof that their pricing is completely arbitrary and based entirely on who you happen to get help from. There is no clear, fixed price. If you get a greedy salesperson hunting for a metric, they anchor you at a $1,000 trap. If you get the GM, the price magically plummets by 200%. This isn’t a legitimate optical clinic; it is a predatory pricing game designed to see how much money they can squeeze out of you based purely on who is standing behind the counter. When I demanded a cancellation, the evasion never stopped. The staff lied and told me to 'wait until tomorrow because I was within a 24-hour window,' acting like they did me a favor by downgrading my first pair just to make the overcharges stick to the second pair. This was a clear stalling tactic to let the lab cut the lenses so they could protect their commission paydays. The General Manager then promised me a final answer and cancellation paperwork from the District Manager by a hard 5:10 PM deadline the following day. True to form, they blew right past the deadline and completely ghosted me. They proved that their verbal promises are as worthless as their pricing.I had to escalate a paper trail to Now Optics Corporate to force the cancellation, and they are still trying to wrongfully keep a $79 exam fee that is explicitly advertised on their front windows as a free walk-in service with a glasses purchase. I am currently retrieving my full $506.33 through a formal dispute with Citibank. Unsafe, unethical, and completely crooked. They chose greed over an honest sale, and they lost a customer forever."

Shoutout to Stanton Optical for making my visit so easy! From the eye exam to picking out my glasses, everything was quick and professional. The team was patient, answered all my questions, and helped me choose frames that actually fit my style. The deals they offer are a big plus too. I’ll definitely be coming back!
