Nora was very helpful and made the whole process easy. She took her time explaining everything and helped me find a pair of glasses that actually fit my style and budget. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’d definitely come back and recommend asking for her.
Before going to the establishment—I called to get more information since it had been a while since I received contacts and glasses prescription combined! Jessica was so awesome in helping me with the process and I ended walking out with both! Very transparent about pricing and no hidden fees in between! I had a wedding I’m attending soon and knowing I’ll have contacts and glasses again before then helped tons!!! I look forward to going back as a longstanding customer. 😇

It's been a while since I've had my glasses updated. It has historically been such an ordeal. I'm pleased to say I had a superb experience at the General McMullen location. From the beginning I was listened to and the process was explained to me in a way I could understand. Customer service was on point til the end of my visit. Thank you to Juan for helping me through the process. He walked me in the right direction every step of the way. Great job! I will be going back there for my next pair of glasses.
