What can I say other than Maddie and Felicia are the best! From the moment I stepped in the door, Maddie was ready to help and always asked if I needed anything. The process was quick and easy, I had time to look at all the glasses and ultimately decided to get new lenses. Felicia was so nice and explained everything, even about how insurance works! These women are the very best, and I can’t wait to go back! 10/10 customer service

I had a good experience at My Eyelab. Jasmine was very kind thru out the whole process. Part of the exam was done by her and Part was done virtual by the optometrist. The virtual exam was new to me but it was comfortable and efficient. I was pleased with the service. They had alot of frames to choose from. My glasses came back way before the estimated date. Was pleased with them. They fit perfectly did not have to do any adjustments to them. Definitely will be returning when it's time.

I am pleased with the customer service. They met all my needs and addressed all my concerns from the day the exam was done up until we picked up the glasses. All forms were returned to us in a timely manner, even quicker than we expected. Felicia and the other representatives were responsive and communicative all the way through. Not only that, their estimation of the day/time the glasses would be ready for pick-up was 100% accurate. There were no extended wait-times or delays.

My experience at Stanton Optical on Cypresswood was truly exceptional. The exam was not just thorough, but genuinely comforting, making me feel cared for every step of the way. Maddie’s incredible knowledge and genuine kindness shone brightly as she patiently explained all my options for contacts, making me feel valued and understood. When I let her know the first trial pair was uncomfortable and tore so easily, she listened with compassion and quickly exchanged them for a new trial pair. That kindness and dedication meant the world to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I had an AMAZING experience with Stanton Optical staff. Christian, helped me from the moment I walked In the door. From start to finish . He provided great “Customer Service” and he had full acknowledgment of the company’s product. He was patient and transparent. I could not have asked for a better person to help me .
