Got the prescription glasses in 30 min!!!!! My Mother in law lost her glasses and everyday without a pair was uncomfortable for her. We did the eye exam, the staff was incredibly helpful during the eye exam, they went above and beyond to make the exam most comfortable and get the best prescription for her. We selected the frames and we got the glasses within 30 minutes! They had an offer and we got 2 glasses with the eye exam in $79! Very happy!

Ellias I hope i pronounce his name correctly, he was very helpful!! I went to see if I can get a frame replacement, once we found frames that fit lens it made my day.. He was patient, and honest I recommend 10/10 .. I will be back soon :)

I still have yet to be refunded for the incorrect lens they shipped to me. I had to ship them back. I called 3 different people, they all said they would call me back. They didn’t. At this point I might just take the loss of $300+. I never write reviews but I had to. The lack of help and how many times I have to call to get help is insane. Very upset

Stanton Optical had no optometrist on site. The price for an eye exam is cheap; in this case you get what you pay for. Actually I ended up with nothing except a waste of my time and frustration. I felt like I was at a sham eye clinic in a third world country. The treatment I received was unprofessional and substandard. A video exam was conducted by a technician without an optometrist on site. A wrong prescription was written by some unknown unseen optometrist remotely. The technician demanded payment for the wrong prescription which would have been useless to me. When I complained I was told to leave and that a bill would be sent to my house. No customer respect and full waste of my time.

They open at 9:00am, yet as of 9:33am they still weren’t open…My appointment was at 9:15am. The techs were waiting outside with me because the person that is supposed to open was not there. They were kind and apologetic, but as comforting as that was it was not their fault. To make matters worse as I waiting I began talking to another customer that was waiting and found out this was his 4th time there because his prescription was messed up on 4 separate occasions. He was only there to pick up his glasses, but was stuck waiting like me. That was the last straw and I took all this as a sign I should leave. I called customer service to let them know what happened and the agent wasn’t concerned at all and just asked me if I wanted to cancel the appointment or reschedule….Honestly never had this type of experience before at any optometrist I’ve ever been too. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else. Really sucks that I wasted my time and gas here, but at least they showed me ahead of time so I won’t waste any more. Good luck if you choose to go here, hard pass for me.
