Went in yesterday to finally get my new glasses at the Turlock store. I got so lucky having Myra assist me through every step of the process. She is patient and knowledgeable and kind. She is a gem and an asset to the store. Cant wait to get my glasses, I love my new frames!! Shout out to Hailey who assisted me when my glasses came in. She helped me with my purchase of sunglasses and her expertise and knowledge were exceptional. Definitely an overall great experience!!

The eye exam I got went very smooth. The customer service here is great. They treat both me and my wife very well. Yecenia helped me adjust my glasses when I needed them adjusted. Thank you for all your help. 😎

Was able to get my glasses the same day! Edgar made the eye exam process very simple. Yecenia was very sweet and helped me choose a second pair when I was indecisive. It’s nice to be able to see again!:)

Amazing service!!! Had gotten my glasses from here over a year ago and recently my nose pads plus the screws had fallen off. They were quickly fixed at no charge!!! Thank you!!!!
