I had a great experience at Stanton Optical! Georgie helped me throughout the process and was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made everything so easy from start to finish. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Stanton Optical, and if you get the chance to work with Georgie, you’re in great hands!

I had the most awesome experience at the Stanton Optical in Augusta. The team there is professional. Beth, Isabel, and Georgianna were most helpful to my every need. I have chronic dry eye, I was informed of a treatment called Miboflo. It really works. Thank you so much to the team at Stanton.

I made an appointment for 9:15, I showed up a few minutes early and got right in for my exam. After the exam, I picked out frames and began waiting. I was then told they were having a company wide issue with their system and I would have to do my exam again. No big deal, completely understand computer systems have issues. I was told by Beth the system was reset they were getting everything back up and they'd get me right back. I sat and watched as they took 3 people who came in after me back for their exams while having other workers tell me "sorry for your wait, we'll get you back as soon as possible". When they took the 4th person back who had come in after me, and they were all sitting down with staff ordering their glasses I made an appointment with eyemart express and walked out. Waiting 2 hours for an exam and watching them take people back who came in after me, knowing I was the first one there and had been waiting for 2 hours was unacceptable. After I left I got a call from Beth saying they watched us walk out and were just about to call me next and were going to offer me a discount if I had stayed. My wife has been going here for years, between her last experience with the lab sending her glasses to the wrong store and her having to wait over a month to get them and my experience yesterday I don't think we will ever return to this store. Eyemart express is not as nice but they can make just about any pair of glasses in house and on a Saturday afternoon I spent less time getting an exam and ordering my glasses than I did waiting at Stanton for my exam.

Very impressed with the speed of my appointment, the thoroughness of all the tests, and how quickly I received my glasses. They even brought attention to my dry eyes that I had sought assistance with from other eye doctors many years previously, but was not given any therapeutic options to handle. Janelle and Elizabeth made the entire experience seamless and took the time to clearly explain every detail of the MiBoFlow therapy. My eyes already feel so much better!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Treated my wife and I with the upmost respect and care. Ms Beth ( manager) and Dr Talib were absolutely outstanding! My wife and I had so many questions for the dr and she took her time to answer everything! Highly recommend this location!
