Their walk in service is awesome, I went to 2 other eye glasses businesses was told a wait from 1 week to 3 weeks. Walked in and was able to take eye exam and get glasses ordered the same day. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Loved all the different options and plans on the glasses.
Jacqueline and Maria helped me it find some frames and configure how to get used to glasses as it is first time ever needing glasses and I genuinely didn’t know what to expect. Both girls were so sweet and had a lot of cute frame options. They had my glasses ready in less than an hour and helped me make sure they were perfect.
If I could put 0 I absolutely would. There has been zero level of professionalism or care every time my husband has gone in to be seen. He has gone 3 times in total and each time has taken over 2 hours. The first visit was with an appointment and still he sat for over 2 hours and no one saw him until I walked in with our small child to make it clear that we had been waiting for hours. (Which he had informed them that his wife and baby were waiting in the car numerous times) I recommend going somewhere else if you plan on ever being seen or receiving any sort of decent customer service.
Everyone was so kind! We walked in this morning and ,with both my kids being seen, were done in near 2 1/2 hours! Quick, easy process and glasses should be in within the next two weeks. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Thanks!
To be fair, I was very skeptical about coming here after reading through the reviews. However, after going I’m very glad I decided to give the place a chance for myself. I hadn’t gotten a new prescription in 5 years, I scheduled an appointment online in the morning was seen later the same day. I did the 2 for 79$ special, again after reading reviews I was absolutely scared I was going to walk out paying more but that wasn’t my experience at all. I was open and honest with the employees and told them I only wanted what came in the 79$ package nothing more at the moment. The staff was polite, helpful and did not pressure me into any add ons. They do not have a huge selection to choose from when doing the 79$ deal but I mean come on you’re getting what you’re paying for and the selection they do have does the job. Plus you get your glasses same day and that’s a huge bonus.
